FIREARM POLICY
Firearm possession is transferred in person at an FFL dealer after all applicable state and federal requirements have been successfully completed. You must pass a background check and meet minimum age restrictions. You are responsible for knowing your federal, state and local laws regarding firearm and ammunition purchase and possession.
Must be at least 21 years of age to purchase long guns and rifle ammunition. Must be 21 years of age to purchase handguns and handgun ammunition.
By registering with Miller creek firearms, you certify that you are of legal age to purchase and/or possess ammunition/firearms, and furthermore that you are not in violation of any state, local or federal law prohibiting you from purchasing, owning or receiving ammunition and firearms.
FFL TRANSFERS (call ahead first)
Thank you for your interest in using Miller creek firearms for your FFL Transfers. We are happy to accept inbound transfers from valid FFL dealers.
We do not currently accept transfers from private parties. All transfers must be done from a valid FFL dealer.
Miller creek firearms also does not accept any COD or Payment Required Transfers.

When shipping a firearm to us please make sure the Receiving Customers LAST NAME is on the shipping label or the outside of the box. We will not accept firearms for transfer if that information is not clearly displayed on the package.
Fees:
Miller creek firearms charges a simple $25.00 per firearm transfer fee. This covers the background checks needed and all application paperwork.
FFL Transfer Policy & Procedure
Once the firearm arrives it will be available for pick-up within 72 hours of arrival, Monday-Friday. FFL Transfers delivered on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.
If we receive a firearm with no advance notice of the transfer, an additional $20.00 will be charged per firearm per transfer.
Any firearm picked up prior to Miller creek firearms notifying the customer will be charged a $10.00 rush processing fee per firearm.
Miller creek firearms will not be held liable for the condition of the firearms when received.
Miller creek firearms will not be held liable for any damages during shipment of transfer of firearms.
If you are unable to receive the firearm for any reason, including but not limited to being denied by NICS on the Federal Form 4473, you are still responsible for all transfer fees and all expenses to ship the firearm back to the original FFL holder. You have 30 days from the time you are notified that you cannot receive the firearm to make arrangement to ship the firearm back. If the firearm does not leave Miller creek firearms premises within the 30-day time period, there will be a $10.00 per week storage fee per firearm.

• We will not modify firearms in any way to make them state compliant. Please ensure you are buying models compliant with your state’s regulations. Illegal to own firearms orders will be cancelled.
All ammunition and firearms orders MUST ship via domestic travel only. Sorry, but we cannot make any exceptions. WE CANNOT SHIP AMMO OR FIREARMS TO PO BOXES! In the event that your order includes items that are categorized as dangerous goods as defined by the Department of Transportation, it will be shipped domestic transport only. We are not currently accepting any international orders. We reserve the right to select a different courier if they can accommodate the order that is being shipped and if we determine that it may expedite delivery. Orders cannot be canceled once the status has been changed to shipped. In order to comply with weight restrictions with our couriers, your order may be shipped in separate packages. If your order includes a mixture of both standard items and dangerous goods, it may be shipped in multiple pieces and can be shipped with multiple couriers.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, the recipient will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order. Orders that are canceled after it is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address will be subject to our refund policy. Shipping charges incurred due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout are nonrefundable.
All orders are generally processed and shipped within 4-5 business days from the day it was received. We make every effort to efficiently process each order however, processing delays can occur. We do not process or ship any orders on the weekends or major Holidays. Time in transit is just an estimate. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for any orders. Sorry, but we cannot not hold orders for a later delivery date.

Product Availability
• Our inventory is available across multiple sales-channels, sometimes things go out of sync or take time to reflect accurate information, we work diligently to prevent this, but items will go out of stock.
• If an item is unable to be filled, you will be notified as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours
• At your request we will: provide a full refund, exchange for a similar item, maintain a backorder and fulfill the order when available.
